The conditions for using the pages
Site terms: information read from documents, not advice
These pages quote operator terms and licence registers with the date each was read. They are not advice, not a guarantee that a figure is still current, and not a substitute for the operator's own rulebook, which overrides anything written here.
This page sets out what the rest of the site is and the conditions that come with reading it. It is short, and the important part is the first section.
Information, not advice
Every page here describes documents: an operator's published terms, a licence issuer's register entry, Spribe's stated return for the game. Describing a document is not advising anybody to act on it. Nothing on this site is financial advice, legal advice or a recommendation that any particular person open an account anywhere, and the scoring is explicitly not a suitability judgement.
Where a page gives arithmetic — the roughly 48.5% of rounds that reach 2× at a 97% return, the share of turnover the game keeps — it is describing the game's published mathematics, not predicting a session. The consequences of that arithmetic over time are set out on playing within limits.
The document wins
When a figure on this site and an operator's current terms disagree, the operator's terms are correct and the page is out of date. This happens: caps change, identity thresholds move, clause numbers shift in a rewrite, licences lapse or transfer between companies.
Because of that, every claim is dated. A read date is not decoration — it is the reader's means of judging how much weight a figure still carries. A clause read months ago and quoted exactly is more useful than an undated summary, and far more useful than a number copied from another comparison site, which this site does not do.
What the scoring does not cover
The five checks measure disclosure. They do not measure, and must not be read as measuring:
- Payout speed. Not readable from a document, and deliberately excluded.
- Support quality. Same reason.
- Fairness in a dispute. A clause describing a complaints process is not evidence of how a complaint is handled.
- Bonus value. Offer size carries no weight at all; a large offer with heavy wagering scores nothing.
- Suitability. No page knows a reader's circumstances.
The reasoning behind that narrowness, and what it gives up, is on the scoring page.
The commercial link
One card on this site is a paid placement and carries neither a number nor a score. The arrangement, including what it does not buy, is described in full on how this site earns. Using the button is optional, costs the reader nothing, and changes none of the operator's terms.
Age and eligibility
These pages describe products intended for adults. Whether a particular operator will accept a particular person as a customer is set by that operator's own terms and the conditions attached to its licence, and that decision belongs to the operator rather than to this site. A reader should read the operator's terms before depositing, not a page about them.
Reuse
Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Wholesale republication of pages, rosters or tables is not permitted. Facts themselves are free: a clause number, a licence entry and a published return rate can be verified and used by anyone, and checking them independently is encouraged rather than discouraged.
Accuracy and liability
The pages are written carefully and corrected when they are wrong, but they are offered as they are, without a warranty that every figure is current at the moment it is read. This site holds no customer money, operates no game, has no account with any operator listed and cannot act in a dispute between a player and a casino. Decisions taken after reading these pages, and their outcomes, rest with the reader.
What the claims here are built on, and what is deliberately never claimed, is on who runs this site. What the site records about a visit is on privacy and data.
